1. Senior Project Manager / Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager
  • Reports to the top management
  • Responsible for the overall implementation and completion of construction projects within scheduled cost, time and quality
  • Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations
  • liaising with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors/suppliers

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering. Singapore PE Board recognized Degree is preferred
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in managing high rise building projects
  • Candidates with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects will also be considered
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individuals with a proven track record in the building industry
2. Workplace Safety & Health Officer cum Environment Control Officer
  • Upkeep the environmental health safety aspects of the company
  • Ensure accident frequency rate and accident severity rate below industry average
  • Achieve zero safety demerit points from Ministry of Manpower and other agencies
  • Continuous improvement on the EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 management standards
  • Implement practical pollution control measures, material wastage control and 3-R programs to safeguard the environment
  • Carry out training to all workers, staff and site personnel on EHS

Requirements

  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM & Registered ECO with NEA
  • Attended Risk Management Training Course
  • Experience in local construction industry preferred
3. Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
  • Reports to the Contracts Manager
  • Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts
  • Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering
  • 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors. Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior QS
  • Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered
  • Detailed, with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
4. Senior Project Engineer / Project Engineer
  • Reports to Project Manager
  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs
  • Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors
  • Lead a group of supervisors and ensure site progress is on schedule
  • Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections
  • Technical competence

Requirements

  • Recognized Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent. PE Board recognized degree is preferred
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project
  • Experience in architectural works will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage
5. Senior Site Manager / Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager
  • Reports to the Project Manager or Assistance Project Manager
  • In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings
  • Carry out work scheduling, material requisition planning, project supervision and documentation
  • Supervise structural/architectural works, coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
  • Ensure timely completion and good quality of works
  • Ensure safety regulations are complied with

Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • 5 to 10 years’ of site management experience
6. M&E Supervisor / Engineer/ Coordinator
  • Reports to Project Manager
  • Coordinate all M&E related issues with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor
  • Coordinate services requirement for both site work and pre-cast production
  • Schedule for work activities and inspection

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical and / or Electrical Engineering
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in local building projects
  • Experience with building electrical, sanitary and plumbing works
  • Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage
7. Land Surveyor

7. Land Surveyor

  • Reports to the Project Engineer
  • Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles
  • Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage
  • Surveys may include land use, housing and traffic patterns
  • Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or relevant qualifications
  • 3 years’ experience in building surveying
  • Knowledge in pre-cast installation and verticality control is an advantage
8. Senior Site Supervisor / Site Supervisor / Architectural Coordinator
  • Reports to Assistance Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer
  • Supervise of construction works in ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project’s specifications and drawings
  • Plan and coordinate the site activities and able to coordinate with subcontractors’ supervisors
  • Ensuring works carried out are complying with Safe Work Procedures
  • Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in building or civil engineering project
  • Possess strong flair for construction drawings
  • Candidate with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects are also welcomed
  • Knowledge in BIM/VDC is an advantage
9. Site Administrator
  • Report directly to the Project Manager
  • Perform routine administrative duties and maintaining all project files and filing of quality records
  • Procurement of construction materials and hardware as well as sourcing of new suppliers

Requirements

  • Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in Administration or equivalent
  • Working experience in building or civil engineering project will be an advantage
10. Public Relation Officer / Customer Relations Officer
  • Report directly to the Project Manager
  • Attend and handle requests and feedback of the public
  • Keep documentation record of the requests or complaints from the public
  • seek for advice and instructions from Project Manager if necessary
  • Prepare and serve advance notices to the public for works to be carried out.
  • Perform other duties / assignments related to public and community relations

Requirements

  • Relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent
  • Working experience in building or civil engineering project will be an advantage
11. BIM Manager/ Deputy BIM Manager
  • Report directly to the Project Manager, VDC Manager
  • Assist Project Director & VDC Manager to lead a team of BIM Coordinators and BIM Engineers<
  • Setting BIM Standards and generating BIM Contents for Company and Projects
  • Ensuring implementation of BIM processes
  • Provide guidance and training internally in BIM and VDC applications and authoring
  • Leading and agendas for ICE Session, BIM Coordinations, and relevant meetings

Requirements

  • Relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent
  • Specialist Diploma in BIM and Computational BIM (by BCA) will be an advantage
  • 5-10 years working experience on site in building or civil engineering project
  • 5-10 years experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical, planning or engineering
  • 5-10 years experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
  • Experience in application using Autodesk Dynamo and other Revit API application program software will be an advantage
  • In-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions and applications
12. VDC/BIM Coordinator/Engineer (Structural/ Architectural/ MEP)
  • Report directly to the Project Manager, VDC Manager & BIM Manager
  • For senior position, to lead a team of VDC/BIM Coordinators and VDC/BIM Engineers
  • Model development, construction, documentation and production techniques
  • Work side by side with teams in-house and external teams to complete VDC projects
  • Creation, maintenance and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates and content
  • Create and maintain Model Families of Components and ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of BIM model
  • Help resolve BIM/VDC design issues
  • Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use and training

Requirements

  • Relevant Certificate/ Diploma / Degree or equivalent
  • Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC (by BCA) will be an advantage
  • Working experience on site in building or civil engineering project will be an advantage
  • Experience in design, drafting, modelling, technical, planning or engineering
  • Experience in BIM authoring software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
