From humble beginnings in the early 1970s, Ho Lee started as a small enterprise specializing in general plumbing works. Over the years, the business expanded steadily, diversifying into multiple areas of the construction industry, including general building construction, leasing of construction machinery and equipment, and property development.

In 1986, these diverse businesses were consolidated under the Ho Lee Group (HLG). The formation of HLG created a unified corporate culture that emphasizes open communication, idea sharing, and close collaboration.
