Wee Poh Construction Co. (Pte) Ltd

Incorporated in 1977, Wee Poh Construction (WPC) originally established its foundation in the construction of infrastructure and civil engineering works for the public sector. Following a strategic restructuring in 2005, the company was acquired by the Ho Lee Group, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Ho Lee Construction. This acquisition allowed the Group to significantly bolster its technical capabilities and scale.

Today, WPC is fully integrated into the Group’s corporate culture and operations, maintaining high standards through a certified ISO Integrated Quality and Safety Management System. The company is a BCA A1-graded contractor under the CW01 (General Building) workhead, authorizing it to undertake building projects of unlimited value. It also maintains a B1 grading in CW02 (Civil Engineering) and is a Registered Class 1 General Builder (GB1).

Since joining the Group, WPC has built a robust track record as both a Main Contractor and a specialist partner. Its portfolio includes a diverse range of large-scale residential and industrial developments, such as the Lake Life and Heron Bay Executive Condominiums, Michael’s Residence, and various industrial facilities like the ramp-up factory at Tuas South.

The company is also a key partner in Singapore’s healthcare and public infrastructure development. WPC has been entrusted with several healthcare projects for Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH), including nursing home developments at Anchorvale Lane and Hougang. This expertise, combined with its ongoing contributions to HDB residential precincts in areas like Tampines, underscores WPC’s versatility. Moving forward, Wee Poh Construction continues to leverage its technical heritage and modern building methodologies to deliver high-quality, essential infrastructure for both the public and private sectors.
