Our Integrated Digital Delivery Journey

Integrated Digital Delivery in Practice

Ho Lee Group began its IDD and BIM journey in 2012 with the Heron Bay EC project. Today, we combine digital models, construction technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve project coordination, support site operations and strengthen delivery.

Digital Design & Construction

We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) to coordinate project information, review building elements and support construction planning and sequencing.

Advanced Construction Technologies

We apply methods such as DfMA,  PPVC, PBU, prefab MEP and robotic to support efficient construction. AI-assisted CCTV supports site monitoring, while AI agents help with daily work. Digital tools support construction sequencing, project planning and coordination of work on site.

Commitment to Excellence

By aligning with Singapore’s Built Environment Industry Transformation Map (ITM), we integrate work processes, connect stakeholders, and continuously invest in emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.

Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) brings people, processes and digital technologies together to improve how projects are planned, coordinated and delivered. Ho Lee Group began its Building Information Modelling (BIM) journey in 2012 with the Heron Bay Executive Condominium project. Since then, we have continued to develop our BIM and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) capabilities through team training and investment.

We use BIM to create and coordinate digital models of building projects. These models help project teams review design and construction information together, coordinate building elements and identify potential issues before work reaches site. Through VDC, teams can use this information to support project planning and construction sequencing.

Our IDD-related use cases include design coordination and clash detection to identify potential conflicts between building systems; construction sequencing and planning to review the coordination of site activities; and planning for Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) and prefabrication methods. These may include advanced precast, Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBUs), and modular mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, where suitable for a project. BIM also supports information sharing and collaboration among project stakeholders.

We also use AI-assisted CCTV systems on site and AI agents to support daily work. These tools complement our digital delivery capabilities and help our teams access information and carry out routine tasks more efficiently.

In alignment with the Singapore Government’s Built Environment Industry Transformation Map (ITM), we continue to adopt digital technologies that integrate work processes and connect stakeholders across our projects. We will keep developing our IDD capabilities to support better coordination, productivity and project delivery.
