Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering. Singapore PE Board recognized Degree is preferred
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in managing high rise building projects
  • Candidates with Addition and Alteration (A&A) experience in commercial building / shopping mall and upgrading projects will also be considered
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individuals with a proven track record in the building industry
  • Upkeep the environmental health safety aspects of the company
  • Ensure accident frequency rate and accident severity rate below industry average
  • Achieve zero safety demerit points from Ministry of Manpower and other agencies
  • Continuous improvement on the EHS system through the effective implementation of ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 management standards
  • Implement practical pollution control measures, material wastage control and 3-R programs to safeguard the environment
  • Carry out training to all workers, staff and site personnel on EHS

Requirements

  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM & Registered ECO with NEA
  • Attended Risk Management Training Course
  • Experience in local construction industry preferred
  • Reports to the Contracts Manager
  • Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts
  • Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering
  • 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors. Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior QS
  • Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered

  • Assist the Project Manager in overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programs
  • Liaise with Consultants on technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors

  • Maintain quality standards and carry out site inspections

  • Supervise of construction works in ensure that all works are done in accordance with the project’s specifications and drawings
  • Plan and coordinate the site activities and able to coordinate with subcontractors’ supervisors
  • Ensuring works carried out are complying with Safe Work Procedures
  • Experience in leading a group of RC workers an advantage

  • Lead and oversee BIM and VDC processes across all disciplines, ensuring technical excellence and fulfillment of project and contract requirements. Drive collaboration and digital delivery innovation to meet client expectations and project objectives.

  • Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to ensure alignment with project and contract requirements.
  • Facilitate and lead Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) sessions with stakeholders to address design and coordination challenges.
  • Oversee modeling, clash detection, and advanced digital workflows, such as automation in clash detection, using data analytics for project insights, to optimize project outcomes.
  • Manage team performance to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Mentor and train the BIM and VDC team to enhance technical skills and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment with project objectives.
  • Review and refine digital workflows to ensure they align with evolving project needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
  • For Manager: At least 8 years of BIM and VDC experience with proven success in two full project cycles.
  • For Deputy Manager: At least 6 years of BIM and VDC experience with proven success in two full project cycles.
  • Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC or related field and BIM Management Certificate.
  • Accreditation in DDM Tier 2 or above, or equivalent qualifications and skills as outlined in the DDM accreditation criteria.
  • Advanced proficiency in BIM and VDC software and tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla, Solidworks, Archicad, ACC, etc. and collaboration platforms.
  • Formally trained in BIM and VDC software, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams and ICE sessions.
  • Develop, review, and coordinate BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring technical accuracy and contract compliance.
  • Facilitate and lead ICE sessions with stakeholders to resolve coordination challenges.
  • Conduct clash detection, issue resolution, and model validation using advanced BIM tools.
  • Prepare documentation and deliverables in line with project and contract requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their technical development.
  • Support digital delivery initiatives to align with project goals and contribute to workflow optimization through model integration and automation techniques.
  • Create, update, and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
  • Clash detection, model auditing, and coordination reviews with project teams.
  • Prepare documentation and deliverables in line with project and contract requirements.
  • Contribute to the implementation of digital workflows, integrating BIM models into project management systems.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of BIM and VDC experience. For Senior,  5 years of BIM and VDC experience , having completed one full project cycle.
  • Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC or related field and BIM Management Certificate.
  • Accreditation in DDM Tier 4 or above, or equivalent qualifications and skills as outlined in the DDM accreditation criteria.
  • Proficiency in BIM and VDC software (g. Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla, Solidworks, Archicad, ACC, etc.) and understanding of multidisciplinary design and construction principles.
  • Develop and update BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines based on project specifications.
  • Conduct basic clash detection and address modelling discrepancies under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Prepare 2D documentation and drawings extracted from BIM models to support project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure BIM models meet design intent and project objectives.
  • Maintain model integrity by adhering to established BIM standards and protocols.
  • Support the BIM team with model-related tasks, including file management and data integration.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of BIM experience, with exposure to multidisciplinary modeling projects.
  • Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, Solidworks, Archicad, ACC, etc.).
  • Formally trained in BIM software, with a strong foundation in modeling principles and processes.
  • Basic understanding of clash detection and coordination processes.
