Who We Are
From humble beginnings in the early 1970s, Ho Lee started as a small enterprise specializing in general plumbing works. Over the years, the business expanded steadily, diversifying into multiple areas of the construction industry, including general building construction, specialized metal works, infrastructure development, and the sales and leasing of construction machinery and equipment.
In 1986, these diverse businesses were consolidated under the Ho Lee Group (HLG). The formation of HLG created a unified corporate culture that emphasizes open communication, idea sharing, and close collaboration. This culture fosters strong teamwork among colleagues and partnerships with clients, allowing the Group to develop practical, efficient construction solutions and contribute to the continual advancement of Singapore’s construction industry. The Group’s collaborative approach has also enabled it to explore new business opportunities that extend beyond its traditional fields.
Since its incorporation, Ho Lee Group has continued to grow and strengthen its presence in the industry. In 2005, HLG acquired Wee Poh Construction Co. (Pte) Ltd (WPC) in 2005 which is a civil engineering construction company graded by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) with an A1 grading (the highest grade) under the two tradehead (CW01 & CW02) categories. In 2007, the Group acquired Aluminium and Curtain Wall Specialist listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange of Singapore (SGX) – Far East Aluminium Ltd which is in turn a subsidiary of Ho Lee Group.
Beyond construction and engineering, HLG has also ventured into property development in both the commercial and residential sectors, either independently or in joint ventures with business partners. To date, the group has successfully developed projects such as HDB BTO-Order Manufacturer in Tuas, Singapore, The Watercolour Executive Condominium, The Heron Bay Executive Condominium and The Three Group was also one of the major sponsors of the Viva Industrial Trust (VIT) in its IPO listing on the SGX in November 2013.
