HS-CJ-HL JV Awarded a LTA Contract for NSC Tunnel
LTA Awards 6 Contracts for the North-South Corridor Tunnels
The construction of a section of the NSC tunnel between Pemimpin Place and Sin Ming Avenue has been awarded to Hwa Seng Builder Pte. Ltd., Chye Joo Construction Pte. Ltd. and Ho Lee Construction Pte. Ltd. Joint Venture (HS-CJ-HL JV) at a contract sum of S$242.9 million.
NSC Tunnel between Pemimpin Place and Sin Ming Avenue
HS-CJ-HL JV will design and construct a 0.7km section of the tunnel with one entry ramp and one exit ramp (please refer to Annex D for the location of this section of the NSC).
Hwa Seng Builder Pte. Ltd., Chye Joo Construction Pte. Ltd. and Ho Lee Construction Pte. Ltd. are established construction companies in Singapore.

HLC won 2 HDB Construction Awards 2018 for all its newly completed HDB projects
Ho Lee has received 2 HDB Construction Awards 2018 for its newly completed projets – Sky Peak @ Bukit Batok, Punggol Vue and Golden Ginger.
Here is the message from the Managing Director, Mr Benjamin Tan:

HLC received a Special Commendation Award from HDB
Congratulations to our Senior Site Manager, Mr Kassim Seah is awarded the Special Commendation Award by HDB in recognition of his excellent service rendered to HDB at Building Service Centre for Bukit Batok N2 C22 (SkyPeak @ Bukit Batok). The management is very proud of his achievement and appreciate the company’s BSC team effort in achieving this.

BCA CONQUAS Achievement
Ho Lee Construction as the main builder of Ho Lee Construction House located at Tuas is honored to be the FIRST project in the industry which receive the highest achievement in BCA CONQUAS scoring, CONQUAS STAR [wp-svg-icons icon=”star” wrap=”i”] in the category of “Industrial”.
Ho Lee Construction is continuously recognised as the premium builder in HDB Public Housing by achieving the exceptional high BCA CONQUAS score in all its projects. The lastest CONQUAS achievement for its projects namely, Skypeak@ Bukit Batok (Bukit Batok N2C22), Punggol Vue (Punggol West C32) and Golden Ginger (Serangoon North C18), are CONQUAS STAR [wp-svg-icons icon=”star” wrap=”i”], 94.1 and 94.4 respectively.
The top management has recognised this accomplishment as the encouraging results of the effort of all the project team members, with the supportive subcontractors & supplier, the consultants and the project clients.
