HLG Social & Recreational Committee
Ho Lee Group is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive work environment for its employees. As part of this commitment, the company established the Social and Recreational Committee (SRC) in 1997. The SRC serves as a platform for staff to engage in sports, participate in recreational activities, and promote continuous education. By organizing and participating in these activities, the SRC aims to encourage team spirit, foster camaraderie among colleagues and their families, and promote a healthy work-life balance.
The SRC also actively engages in community causes and charitable initiatives, demonstrating Ho Lee Group’s commitment to giving back to society. The committee organizes charity events and participates in initiatives organized by other charitable organizations. Through these efforts, the SRC, alongside our dedicated employees, has provided support to orphanages, schools, community clubs, and various charitable societies.
In October 2015, Ho Lee Group made a significant contribution by donating to Nanyang Technological University (NTU) to establish the $1 million Ho Lee Group Endowed Bursary Fund. This fund supports financially needy students who are Singaporeans and Permanent Residents pursuing engineering studies at NTU.
Through the social and recreational activities organized by the SRC, Ho Lee Group aims to create awareness among its employees about social responsibility and the importance of giving back to the less fortunate in our society. The company values extend beyond the workplace, emphasizing the positive impact we can have on the community.
The SRC’s commitment to promoting a healthy work-life balance, supporting charitable causes, and organizing engaging activities demonstrates Ho Lee Group’s dedication to its employees’ well-being and its role as a responsible corporate citizen. Over the years, Ho Lee Group, through the SRC, has successfully organized and participated in a wide range of activities.
